Booking Deposit

A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be credited towards your treatment cost when you arrive for your scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We'll be happy to reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge within this timeframe.

Appointment Reminders

You'll receive an automated SMS reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to ensure you don't miss your treatment.

Early Arrival Recommended

We recommend arriving 10 minutes early for your appointment. This allows our specialists adequate time to assess your skin condition and customize your treatment.

Late Arrival Policy (10-20 minutes)

If you arrive 10-20 minutes late, your treatment time will be reduced accordingly to ensure we maintain our schedule for other clients. You may opt for a shortened treatment to avoid cancellation fees.

This ensures minimal wait time for our other valued clients.

Late Arrival Policy (20+ minutes)

Arrivals more than 20 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and your appointment will be cancelled with the $50 deposit forfeited.
