The Fillmed Skin Perfusion facial gently exfoliates the skin to help remove dead surface cells. The treatment also includes a relaxing massage, giving you time to unwind while enjoying professional care at Sycamore Medi Spa.

This treatment is designed for atopic, sensitive or visibly stressed skin. Formulas featuring PhytoCellTec™ Solar Vitis, PhytoCellTec™ Malus Domestica and PhytoCellTec™ Argan help moisturise and support the appearance of smoother, healthier-looking skin.

The facial helps calm and soothe skin affected by dryness or intensive dermocosmetic treatments. Vitamin E, sweet almond oil and avocado oil nourish the skin and help reduce the appearance of redness and irritation.

Before Your Treatment

• Arrive with clean skin where possible; avoid heavy makeup or thick sunscreen immediately before your appointment.
• If your skin is sensitive, avoid strong active skincare such as retinoids, AHAs, BHAs and scrubs for 24 hours.
• Tell your practitioner about allergies, current skin irritation, cold sores or any recent treatments, including laser, peels, microneedling or injectables.

Aftercare

Day of Treatment

• Mild redness or warmth may occur and will usually settle quickly.
• Use gentle skincare only: a mild cleanser and moisturiser. Avoid rubbing or exfoliating.
• Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, hot baths and very hot showers for the rest of the day.

Next 24–48 Hours

• Wear SPF 50+ daily and minimise direct sun exposure.
• Avoid retinoids, exfoliating acids, strong vitamin C and facial scrubs for 48 hours, or longer if advised.
• Keep the skin hydrated and avoid introducing several new products at once.

Avoid

• Picking the skin, aggressive facial massage or harsh cleansing tools for 24–48 hours.
• Chlorinated pools, hot springs and high-heat environments if your skin feels sensitive.

When to Contact the Clinic

• Redness, swelling, pain or irritation that worsens or lasts longer than 48 hours.
• Blistering, rash, hives or any unusual reaction that concerns you.
• If you feel severely unwell or experience significant symptoms, seek urgent medical attention.

Note: If your session includes an exfoliation procedure such as a superficial peel or microneedling, follow the more specific aftercare advice provided by your practitioner.
