Preoperative Cautions

• Please arrive at your appointment with clean lashes and no eye makeup.
• Avoid using oil-based skincare or makeup products around the eye area before treatment, as oil can affect lash retention.
• Contact lenses should be removed prior to the procedure.
• Inform your technician if you have sensitive eyes, allergies, or existing eye conditions.

Postoperative Cautions & Care

• Do not clean your lashes or expose them to water, steam, saunas, sunbeds, or high temperatures for the first 24 hours.
• Avoid oil-based products (including creams, hair products, and oil-based makeup) from coming into contact with your lashes.
• Clean your lashes regularly using a soft-bristle brush and an oil-free, antibacterial foaming lash cleanser or oil-free makeup remover.
• Do not use cotton buds, cotton pads, or makeup wipes on your lashes, as fibres may pull out extensions.
• Avoid rubbing, pulling, picking, or touching your lashes excessively.
• Do not sleep face-down or apply pressure to the lashes while sleeping.
• Avoid keeping lashes wet for prolonged periods, as excessive moisture may weaken the adhesive bond.
• Return for lash infills or professional removal within 2–3 weeks to maintain lash health and appearance.
