Lashline / Eyeliner Tattoo
Lashline / Eyeliner Tattoo is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo treatment designed to subtly enhance the eyes by adding definition along the lash line or creating a soft eyeliner effect. This treatment helps define the eyes, create the appearance of fuller lashes, and reduce the need for daily makeup. Results are customised to suit your eye shape and preferred level of definition, from natural lash enhancement to a more defined eyeliner look.
Treatment Highlights
- Enhances the lash line for a fuller-lash appearance
- Defines the eyes and improves symmetry
- Smudge-proof and water-resistant
- Customisable style from subtle to defined
- Long-lasting results with minimal daily maintenance
Treatment Experience & Recovery
The treatment typically takes 60–90 minutes, including consultation and numbing. A topical numbing cream is applied to improve comfort, and most clients experience only mild discomfort.
Mild redness or swelling may occur and usually settles within a few days. The pigment may appear darker at first and gradually soften as it heals. A touch-up appointment is often recommended after healing to perfect the result.
Important Notes
Lashline / Eyeliner Tattoo may not be suitable for clients who are pregnant, have active eye infections, or certain medical conditions. A consultation is required to confirm suitability and discuss your desired outcome.
Our Work
SEMI-PERMANENT MAKEUP
Preoperative Cautions
Before undergoing semi-permanent makeup treatment, please note the following:
- A consultation is required to assess suitability and discuss treatment expectations
- Inform your practitioner if you have sensitive skin, allergies, or medical conditions
- Avoid alcohol and spicy foods prior to treatment
- Do not undergo the procedure if there is active skin inflammation, infection, or open wounds in the treatment area
- Follow all pre-treatment instructions provided by your practitioner to ensure optimal results
Postoperative Cautions & Care
Proper aftercare is essential to support healing and colour retention.
- Keep the treated area clean and dry during the initial healing period
- Within one week after treatment, gently cleanse the area using a cotton pad soaked in saline solution; avoid rubbing
- Apply the recommended repair or healing cream in small amounts multiple times daily—excessive application may cause excessive scabbing and colour loss
- Avoid getting the treated area wet for at least 8 hours after the procedure
- Do not wear makeup on the treated area for the first 3 days
- Avoid alcohol, seafood, and spicy foods for one week
- Avoid swimming, saunas, steam rooms, hot baths, and prolonged water exposure for two weeks
- Do not scratch, rub, or peel off scabs; allow them to fall off naturally
- Eyeliner treatments: avoid attaching or removing false eyelashes for one month after the procedure
A colour retouch appointment is typically recommended within 6–8 weeks.
Common Reactions
The following reactions are normal during the healing process:
- Redness, mild swelling, or sensitivity around the treated area
- Itching during healing—gently tap the surrounding area if needed; do not scratch
- Scabbing followed by temporary colour lightening or fading
- Gradual colour returning and stabilising as healing progresses
- Final colour adjustment and shaping occur over time
If symptoms persist longer than expected or worsen, please contact the clinic for further assessment.
